By confirming a reservation at Mwamba Apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after written confirmation from Mwamba Apartments or our booking platform.
Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation, as indicated at the time of booking.
Rates are quoted per night and may vary depending on season, length of stay, and number of guests.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated with your booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Valid identification may be required at check-in.

3. Cancellations & No-show

Cancellation terms follow the policy shown at the time of booking (e.g., Airbnb or direct bookings).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial charges of the reservation.

4. Use of the Apartment

The apartment is for registered guests only. Hosting parties or events is not permitted unless approved in advance.
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and respect neighbors and community rules.
Smoking policies must be strictly followed in permitted and non-smoking areas.

5. Damage, Loss & Security

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or furnishings during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged after check-out if necessary.
Guests are advised to secure doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

6. Liability

Mwamba Apartments is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
We do not accept responsibility for interruptions beyond our control, such as electricity, water, or internet outages, though assistance will be provided where possible.

7. House Rules

All posted house rules must be followed at all times.
Excessive noise, disturbance, or illegal activities may lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
